Transparent maxi skirt & new hair colour

It's been so hot in NYC lately. And as everyone knows me, I am looking for every single opportunity to walk around half naked. Hopefully my mum never get to see this picture. She is very conservative when it comes to style. Oh! and did you notice my new hair colour? Obviously yes I assume.
